We reimagine
the law.

The innovation lab of Amatuzzi Advogados.

How it started
HOW IT STARTED

It did not start with a thesis about technology. It started with a deal that did not fit the tools.

In 2019, before generative AI reached law firms, Amatuzzi had a due diligence with hundreds of documents on its hands and a client who wanted to follow the progress without waiting for the report. There was no tool for that. So the lawyers built one, and the Lab was born with it.

DUE DILIGENCE

From chaos to control.

It was built to take due diligence out of spreadsheets and email: documents, certificates, findings and open items organized case by case, with a dashboard where the client follows one diligence or dozens at once. It was called eDiligence; today it is Dilix, and every due diligence at the firm runs through it.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

The deal that kept going after signing.

A CRI-financed BTS generates hundreds of obligations spread across interlocking contracts, sometimes with different deadlines for the same event. CTRAX turned those contracts into a single calendar, checked by a lawyer, with a report every Monday.

CONTRACT EXPERIENCE DESIGN · METHODOLOGY

Contracts that spoke another language.

A self storage company had contracts written "by lawyers, for lawyers". Six months later, the Lab's lawyers and designers delivered a family of contracts in two sections, with no legalese and without losing a single protection. The method got a name: Ctx.

Three fronts, one starting point: a real problem in an ongoing deal, solved first for our own team and only then offered to clients. Each has its own home: innlab.tech, ctrax.com.br and dilix.com.br.

The tools exist because the deals asked for them.

Real estate, capital markets, project finance, data centers, M&A, special situations and strategic dispute resolution. It is inside these deals that the Lab tests what it builds.
