Gabriela Pacela Moraes is a partner at Amatuzzi Advogados, with a predominant focus on real estate business, construction, corporate, and structured transactions. She is also the partner responsible for the firm's human resources management.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, her career combines a solid legal education, business acumen, and international experience—qualities that establish her as a versatile and highly qualified professional.

Graduated in Law from PUC-Campinas and holding an MBA in Real Estate and Construction Business Management from FGV, Gabriela combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of the sector from a business perspective. Her experience includes prominent roles at leading law firms in Campinas and São Paulo, as well as a stint abroad as Foreign Visiting Partner at Assembla Law in Mexico City — an experience that enriched her with a multicultural perspective and broadened her capacity for international engagement.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, and proficient in Spanish, Gabriela skillfully handles complex operations and transactions involving multiple stakeholders. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section (OAB-SP), actively engaging with the legal ecosystem of the sector.

Gabriela has also been a very active voice in the development of female leadership in the corporate market. She founded and leads executivaZ, a network of women executives that promotes discussion and deepening of various topics related to female leadership.

Outside the professional environment, Gabriela is passionate about traveling, reading, yoga, and running—activities that reflect her curious, disciplined, and balanced spirit. Above all, she values time with her family, a constant source of inspiration and energy.
