Maria Prata is a professional with a solid academic background and experience in business law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo, where she also completed a postgraduate degree in Business Law and Corporate Structures. Currently, Maria is expanding her knowledge by pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law at Insper. She is also fluent in English.

Her professional career includes stints as a Legal Assistant and Intern at prestigious law firms in Brazil, where she developed crucial skills and deepened her expertise in legal practice.
