Daniel Cardoso Gomes<\/strong> is a partner at Amatuzzi Advogados with a focus on real estate business. With over two decades of experience at elite law firms and a unique combination of practical experience, academic contributions, and institutional recognition, Daniel is one of the leading names in this field in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n

Professor in the Graduate Program on Real Estate Contracts and Transactions at Insper, Daniel combines sophisticated legal practice with the training of new professionals in the field. He is the author of one of the first in-depth studies on built to suit contracts<\/em> in Brazil, originally published in 2016 based on his master\u2019s thesis at PUC-SP and reissued in 2019 by Lumen Juris.<\/p>\n\n
