Gabriela Pacela Moraes<\/strong> is a partner at Amatuzzi Advogados, with a predominant focus on real estate business, construction, corporate, and structured transactions. She is also the partner responsible for the firm's human resources management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, her career combines a solid legal education, business acumen, and international experience\u2014qualities that establish her as a versatile and highly qualified professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graduated in Law from PUC-Campinas and holding an MBA in Real Estate and Construction Business Management from FGV, Gabriela combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of the sector from a business perspective. Her experience includes prominent roles at leading law firms in Campinas and S\u00e3o Paulo, as well as a stint abroad as Foreign Visiting Partner<\/em> at Assembla Law in Mexico City \u2014 an experience that enriched her with a multicultural perspective and broadened her capacity for international engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluent in Portuguese and English, and proficient in Spanish, Gabriela skillfully handles complex operations and transactions involving multiple stakeholders. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association \u2013 S\u00e3o Paulo Section (OAB-SP), actively engaging with the legal ecosystem of the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gabriela has also been a very active voice in the development of female leadership in the corporate market. She founded and leads executivaZ, a network of women executives that promotes discussion and deepening of various topics related to female leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
