Fernanda Gatti is a partner and head of the Dispute Resolution area at Amatuzzi Advogados, with extensive experience in handling complex litigation and conflict mediation. Her work stands out for being consistently aligned with a strategic business perspective, making her a key reference in resolving disputes with significant financial, corporate, and operational impacts. 

With over 20 years of experience, Fernanda combines a solid education — she holds a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Consumer Law from PUC — with a consistent career at renowned law firms, where she worked as an attorney and partner in civil business litigation and crisis management. 

Her practice covers disputes in the areas of consumer law, civil construction, corporate and financial law, including matters related to payment methods. Fernanda also has notable experience in judicial and extrajudicial corporate restructuring processes, credit recovery, as well as financial transactions involving special situations, where her legal and negotiation skills generate tailored solutions for challenging scenarios.

She is an active member of the Special Commission on Business Mediation of OAB-SP and TMA Brazil (Turnaround Management Association), organizations dedicated to promoting best practices in dispute resolution and corporate restructuring. 

Fluent in Portuguese and English, Fernanda works with pragmatism, active listening, emotional intelligence, and deep technical knowledge, supporting clients in building effective and sustainable legal strategies.
