Daniel Cardoso Gomes is a partner at Amatuzzi Advogados with a focus on real estate business. With over two decades of experience at elite law firms and a unique combination of practical experience, academic contributions, and institutional recognition, Daniel is one of the leading names in this field in Brazil.
Professor in the Graduate Program on Real Estate Contracts and Transactions at Insper, Daniel combines sophisticated legal practice with the training of new professionals in the field. He is the author of one of the first in-depth studies on built to suit contracts in Brazil, originally published in 2016 based on his master’s thesis at PUC-SP and reissued in 2019 by Lumen Juris.
His intellectual output includes significant articles on legal assessments in real estate acquisitions, published by publishers such as Saraiva and BB Editora, as well as reflections on contemporary urbanism topics, such as the transfer of development rights.
